The following actions need to take place in our country, and soon:

• Illegal Aliens need to be deported when found.
• American business owners who hire Illegal Aliens need to be severely fined.
• Immigrants from any nation need to leave their old country and culture behind and assimilate themselves into the American culture.

Dear {Name of Elected Official},

This message is about illegal aliens and the subversion of America by foreign cultures.

I love my fellow brothers and sisters from every country in the world. I fully support the influx of immigrants from other countries. Indeed this is how our great country was born. However, people who break our laws even as they cross our borders and infiltrate our nation are a menace and are weakening the fabric of our society. As we continue to allow this to happen, we continue to sign the death warrant of our country.

Illegal aliens are the blood of another country that is hemorrhaging through our borders and into our own country. We are seeing an influx of illegal aliens and we are apparently supporting them. If we were not supporting them, they would not continue to flock to our country.

Invaders from other countries who have no concern for our country whatsoever are freely leaching our resources right out from under us. In fact, we are handing our resources to these criminals on silver platters. We give them medical care, education, transportation, food, lodging, and employment. Why?! Why are we pandering to those who would milk us dry and send our resources back to their homelands?

If we were to see our our nation as a human body, we would see that it is infected with a cancer. A very large and malignant cancer that is metastasizing right before our eyes. If we were to see that, we would rush that body to the hospital for immediate anti-cancer treatment. In reality that is what is happening to our country and yet we do nothing but continue to feed and encourage the cancerous growth!

Our leaders and elected officials continue to prove that they do not care what the people say. The vast majority of American citizens want the borders closed and illegals deported. However, the vast majority of the leaders of this country are ignoring those who put them into power. Apparently our leaders have their own agenda and want only power. Our leaders apparently lack the courage and conviction necessary to stand up for what is right.

We need to stop illegal immigration! We need to punish those who encourage it. We need to disincentivize those who are illegal immigrants from continuing to break our laws.

Let us strike now against our foes and rid ourselves of the vile insurgents which do continue to surround us and drain our resources.

Now to the topic of the subversion of America. American culture is quickly becoming the Amerexican culture.

For centuries, people from cultures and nations the world over have migrated to our great American soil. They have brought with them their rich heritages and cultures and integrated them into our diverse nation. They have learned our language and our customs. They have abided our laws and become fruitful and contributing citizens. They have been a great boon to our society.

Now, however, instead of allowing and encouraging immigrants to integrate themselves into our society, we are redefining our society. We are restructuring our nation to include other nations. Instead of assimilating the newcomers into our communities, we are rebuilding and allowing the rebuilding of our communities to mirror the communities and countries that they left behind. Why?

The examples of balkanization, conflict resulting from competing cultural and linguistic groups occupying the same land and failing to integrate, abound. The former Yugoslavia is the prime example. A less disastrous example is Canada where the French speakers despise their own countrymen and the English speakers feel the same in reverse. Contempt abounds and breeds conflicts. They are unable to unite behind any idea or find common ground. This is already being seen as Mexican communities are set up within or near American communities. Some mingling occurs, but more often conflicts arise.

People from Germany have migrated to America. Did we learn their language? Did we reprint all of our forms and signs in both English and German? Did we do any of that for the Greeks, Russians, Japanese, Italians, etc., etc.? Why then are we doing it now?

One last thing, I am tired of being ignored by my elected officials. If you ignore this message and continue to ignore the will of the people, I will make it my personal agenda to remove you from office. Even if it means that I need to put someone from a different party in your place. You were put into office to do the will of the people. If you do not have the courage or tenacity to do what you said that you would do when you were campaigning for office, you will be removed.

I believe prisons should be designed to be deterrents to crime. Alcatraz was more like what prisons should be. I have never been to prison, but from what I hear, most prisons these days are resorts with all the amenities of a Hilton and more.

A prison should provide a place for criminals the opportunity to change and reform themselves. In order to really change, people need to be able to think clearly and at length about what they have done to get them into prison. In order to change, people also need to provide service to others. Community service.

Prisons should not provide any entertainment other than physical activity. No movies, no television, no music, no talk radio, nothing. Maybe books. However, not just any books, they should be good books, like the bible, or other literary classics. Books with good morals and uplifting stories.

Prisons should not be a burden on society. Prisons should provide many useful benefits to society, aside from just keeping criminals off the streets. A prison should be funded largely or entirely by the labor of the inmates. Prisoners should be doing useful labor. Like all of those jobs that people say Americans do not want to do. Make prisoners do them. Make them serve the country that they have transgressed against. Making roads, stamping license plates, building things. They should grow and harvest their own food. They should clean their own clothes.

Prison inmates should not be getting college degrees while they are in prison, unless they are paying for it with money they earn. A college degree is an excellent thing to get, but how are we helping society when law abiding citizens have a harder time getting money for a college degree than criminals?

Voting for political leaders may not happen every month, but that does not mean that there are not things that we can be doing to prepare for the next election. The most important thing to do is to research who the candidates are and what they stand for so that you can vote intelligently at the next election. The Internet is full of web sites that have information about all the candidates that are running for any office.

Tomorrow we have the wonderful opportunity of attending Party Caucuses– “Utah will hold neighborhood party caucuses this coming Tuesday (March 21). If you care about the political process, you have to be there.”

What is a caucus? A caucus is “a closed meeting of a group of persons belonging to the same political party or faction usually to select candidates or to decide on policy; also : a group of people united to promote an agreed-upon cause” (webster.com)

Why is it that everyone points their fingers at the government whenever something goes wrong? We ARE the government. Well, at least we were when this country was founded. More and more we are becoming the United Socialist Republic of American States.

The more jobs we give “the government” to do, the more power we give to “them”, the less we have for ourselves. Is socialism really what we want?

Let us think about this. If you build a sand castle on the beach and some guy comes over and kicks it down, is it the fault of the government? That is a ridiculous thought.

Well, that is what we are saying whenever we point our fingers at “the government”. OUR government. Those people that WE put into power either by election or our own neglect and inaction.

What am I trying to say? Start pointing your fingers at the correct people. Start with yourself. If you do nothing but talk and point fingers, then you are the reason for the problem you are whining about.

Do you have a problem with gas prices? Point the finger at the gas companies. If you have a problem, with someone, go talk to them. Forget the middle man. Go straight to the source.

If some guy kicks over your sand castle you do not run over and beat up your dad. No, you confront the guy that kicked over your sand castle.

I vote we start thinking for ourselves and start solving our own problems and taking back our power from “the government”. Because WE are the government, for now at least.
